With a background of farmer ancestors on the Aeagean coast of Turkey, our company’s founders were eager to adopt sustainable farming practices during the middle of 1990’s. Especially for wild collected herbs, spices, aromatic plants and fatty seeds, we aimed to grow, produce, process and pack without giving any harm to nature, chemical or synthetic plant protection preparations, hormones or genetically modified organisms. After searching about organic farming, the family believed in the philosophy. Therefore, this idea changed the fate of the family and workers.
Since 1995, we have specialised in certified organic products in terms of growing, producing, processing, packing and exporting. Not only at company’s, but also at contracted farmers’ organic projects, producers are trained about organic farming, food safety, quality management and hygiene in order to convey the experiences to next generations. It is because; we see that the nature gives its seeds, seedlings, leaves to us, and with this responsibility in return, we offer its seeds and seedlings back to the nature.
